You are invited to join in fellowship at the 44th Annual Convention — EXPECT A MIRACLE — of the Overeaters Anonymous Milwaukee Area Intergroup!

OVERVIEW: 

  • WHO: Calling ALL members, new, longtime, and future!
  • WHAT: 44th Annual Convention of the Overeaters Anonymous Milwaukee Area Intergroup
  • WHEN: Friday, March 20 through Sunday, March 22, 2026

  • WHY: The Convention serves to enhance personal recovery in OA and highlight fellowship and service, with a healthy dose of fun, especially in the evenings!

REGISTRATION: 

NOTE:  Your pre-registration must be paid in full by March 17 at 5:00 pm.  If it is not, you will be considered a walk-in participant and higher rates will apply.  Meal tickets are not guaranteed for walk-in participants.

Registration is open through March 17 at 5 pm. There are THREE ways to register. No matter which way you choose, you will receive a confirmation email (if you provided an email address) when your registration is complete.  Credit card charges will appear as EB on your credit card statement (EventBrite is the registration app).

  • 1: By phone: Register by phone by calling 414/259-0640. Pay by mailing a check before March 15 or pay with credit card over the phone.
  • 2: By mail: Register by mail by printing the following two forms, and returning them via mail along with check payable to Milwaukee Area Intergroup. Or add a note to ask the Registrar to call you for a credit card number:

REGISTRATION FEES:

Convention and Pre-Convention registration fees are as follows. Please note, all requested meals should be ordered separately! More info below.

MEALS:

With advance purchase, meals are available for each meal for the duration of all convention activities.

  • Each meal is independently available; it’s your choice to purchase any number, from none to all available meals!
  • Meal tickets are available for purchase through Tuesday, March 17 at 5 pm.
  • Meals may be purchased as part of your online Eventbrite registration, or, by submitting the following completed form by mail along with check payable to Milwaukee Area Intergroup. Or add a note to ask the Registrar to call you for a credit card number.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK:

  • Room base rate $111.00 any occupancy; with taxes and fees, estimated at 128.00 per night

  • Last Day to Book:  Monday, March 9, 2026
  • Do not delay – there is another event at the hotel this weekend.  The block may sell out early.

RAFFLES:

Open Friday 4:00 pm through Saturday 5:30 pm. Winners will be announced 6:15 – 6:45 pm Saturday.  Ticket stub must be presented in person at this time.  If not, another ticket will be selected.  If you need to leave early, please be sure to leave your ticket stub with a friend.

  • Cost of Tickets:  1 ticket for $1; 6 tickets for $5
  • All profits benefit the Milwaukee Area Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous.
